Excerpts from Recent Lectures and Guidance

November 23, 2014: The First Lecture of the Fourth NexStage Series Seminar

This is the first lecture of this new series. Since we have many new fellow members attending today's lecture, we want to start off by considering once again the origin of the Study of the Soul, the foundation that supports our practice.

Some of you work in the field of business management. You are experts in various fields such as education, medicine, justice and law, social welfare, etc. You have studied for a long time in your own field. And you have lived your life as an expert who have an opinion of your own in your respective field.

You have accumulated experiences and wisdom, which gives you the ability to solve problems in front of you and to create new value in its place.

In other words, it is the power to explore the world. We refer to this power as Cycle II; the power of Development of the World. It resolves various problems and opens up the next path that leads us to the new stage. As you can see now, it is the power itself that resolves each problem and paves a new path. This is Cycle II.

In our NexStage Series seminar, we added another new dimension of the search. What is it?

It is the deepening of our inner realm. We excavate continuously into our inner realm where spiritual power resides. This continued excavation of the energy is what we call Cycle I.

However, some of you might think that you understand the significance of rotating Cycle I is to nurture our spirit and heart but that issue should lie in the area of morality or ethics? The reason for you being here is to learn about the specialized fields of management, medicine and education, and what is being addressed may be different from what you are here for.

However, for the last few decades, here is what we have confirmed through our practices. It is that these two cycles, Cycle I and Cycle II are interrelated and its relationship is one and indivisible like that of two sides of the same coin. This is one of the things that we have experienced through many years of our own practice.

The capacity of the power that is stored within the Cycle I. As we deepen our inner realm, we can simultaneously increase in great degree the power of Cycle II that brings in new creation to the world. Conversely, as we rotate Cycle II, as we resolve issues that exist in the world, within our companies and in our industries, the power of Cycle I grows at the same time and we can grow as a human being and accomplish the deepening of our personality.

That is why these two Cycles are like a Mobius strip in which both sides are connected to each other. The deepening of our inner realm, at the same time, could be the source of enormous energy for the development of the world. And if we resolve the problems of the world, of your company, of your hospital or with your children, it means that would simultaneously provide us with the inner power and wisdom.
