Excerpts from Recent Lectures and Guidance

Looking out from the point at which we stand, the year 2015 spreads before us as chaos. The chaos that I have just referred to exists in front of our eyes.

I would also like you to know something else. There is something that gives form to chaos and thereby creates reality: whether we create bonds or sever them; or whether we imagine the future or whether we will be bound by problems from the past, it is dependent upon the state of heart of each human being who gives form to chaos by coming into contact with it. This applies to anyone, anywhere, and does not change regardless of what country you go to. As long as the human being is alive, the heart gives form to chaos when it comes into contact with it.

If our hearts give form to chaos with a heart of anger, unfortunately, we will create a reality of destruction. Moreover, when we come into contact with chaos with a heart of idleness, thinking “this is good enough” or “someone else will take care of it,” we will produce aimless stagnation before we know it, where nothing progresses.

There is a wisdom called the Soul Compass in the Study of the Soul which enables us to predict what kind of form we give to chaos and the corresponding reality we create if our hearts remain the way we are. We can come to know what would appear there.

In accordance with what I have just mentioned, if we add our hearts to chaos, reality is produced as a result. Therefore, “chaos + heart = reality.” I would like you to keep in mind at the beginning of the new year, that this is the most fundamental principle for establishing a new way of life.

Each situation that comes from the view ahead is something that our hearts come into contact with, and through which we give forms to chaos, one after another. After forms are realized, situations become fixed, and we become aware of the facts of these situations, they become part of the view behind us. This is how we create a unit of time of a year in life.

The year 2015 still lies in your view ahead. It exists as chaos. However, after a year from now, all that exists in chaos will be carried to the back, into the view behind, and will become fixed results to form a part of the history of your life.

I hope that you will bear in mind that you are now standing at the starting point of 2015, at ground zero, as you begin to walk the path your paths. I spoke today of adding our hearts to chaos and as a result we create reality. Now then, with what kind of heart should we apply to chaos in our view ahead and form results?

I would like to convey to you that it is a heart based on the Twelve Bodaishin that will make the year 2015 shine.
